Participation Waiver and Agreement

We’re excited to have you as part of the Tysons Playground community! Before we get started, please take a moment to review the following guidelines.

Liability Waiver:
By joining us in any activity or training, I understand and accept the inherent risks that come with athletic participation. I voluntarily release Tysons Playground (including its staff, trainers, and agents) from any claims of personal injury, property damage, or accidents that may occur. I acknowledge that these activities carry some level of risk, but I’m choosing to participate knowing those risks. This agreement also extends to my heirs and assigns, ensuring everyone involved is free from liability.

OpenPath Access Policy:
Your OpenPath access is personal and grants you 24/7 entry to the facility. Sharing your access or allowing unauthorized individuals or non-members into the facility is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate cancellation of your membership. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our space safe and exclusive for members only.

Media Consent:
As part of being a valued member, I give permission to Tysons Playground to use my name, images, or likeness for promotional purposes related to its athletic training programs and facilities. We promise to use these solely to showcase the amazing community we’re building together!

Re-Racking Policy:
To ensure safety and maintain our welcoming culture, Tysons Playground is monitored 24/7. If weights are not re-racked after use, a $25 fee will be charged to the card on file. Rest assured, any infraction will be accompanied by an email with the recorded footage. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and respectful environment!

Acknowledgment:
I’ve read and fully understand this waiver and agreement. I’m aware of the potential risks involved in athletic training and willingly accept these terms.
